LiveO2 Dual Extreme is built for clinics and facilities prioritizing high user throughput per hour and per day. Two training stations, adjustable altitude, and configurable air supply help your team serve a busy appointment schedule from one space-efficient setup.
Where Dual Extreme Fits
Choose Dual when serving more clients throughout the day, making efficient use of space, and managing session flow are central to your clinic. Training two people at once is one way it supports that throughput; the larger benefit is flexibility across your appointment schedule.
Dual has two valves, two switches, and two breathing hoses: one training station on the left and one on the right. Place two bikes or other pieces of exercise equipment side by side for simultaneous sessions.
Sharing one reservoir setup reduces equipment duplication compared with installing two separate systems. Plan paired appointments or use the system for a solo client as your schedule requires. Allow room for both training stations and safe movement around them.
When an athlete visits for a solo appointment, the clinic can use its Dual's 20 L/min supply for that one person. When two clients train, they share the available air. That flexibility is a clinic benefit, not a reason to buy Dual for one person at home.
For a single user at home, choose Extreme. For a demanding home athlete, we recommend Extreme with 20 L/min. Adaptive Contrast is the lower-cost fixed-altitude entry option.
One Altitude Setting, Two Breathing Controls
Dual Extreme has simulated altitude adjustable from 10,000 to 22,000 feet. Both users share the same altitude setting. You cannot run one person at one altitude and the other at a different altitude.
Each person has a switch to select oxygen-rich or altitude air from the shared chambers. Separate breathing switches do not provide separate altitude levels. Pair clients whose sessions use the same altitude, or schedule their sessions separately.
Adjustable altitude helps your team tailor training across a varied client schedule. It is not only for athletes. It provides another way to adjust the challenge beyond exercise speed or resistance. Start each client at the appropriate protocol entry point and progress with guidance.
LiveO2 Training App Included
Your system includes owner access to the LiveO2 training app: guidance and support at hand on your phone, complementing your clinic's equipment setup and onboarding.
- Follow guided sessions: step-by-step instructions and session timers help you work through the protocols available to you.
- Track your training: review completed sessions and notes, and use progress check-ins to follow changes over time.
- Stay supported: find support contacts on your dashboard, alongside your training resources.
Included New User Coaching helps you get started with your setup and training. Training programs include Whole Body O₂, Post-Session Breathwork, Body Awareness, HIIT O₂, Altitude O₂, and the VO₂ Max training program. Your trainer can help you choose appropriate programs and levels for your clients' goals, readiness, and system configuration.
Adjustable altitude provides the settings for supported higher-altitude progression. Size the supply for the protocol, altitude, and whether one or two people will train. Not every paired session has the same air demand.
Protocol access is individual; buying Dual does not automatically unlock trainer-granted programs or provide accounts for every client or employee. Ask our team about your clinic's onboarding needs. Staff certification is separate from the included coaching package.
Choose Your Air-Supply Capacity
- 20 L/min — base configuration: two 10 L/min air separators. Plan solo and paired appointments around your clients' needs.
- 30 L/min: three 10 L/min air separators. Consider this early when two athletes will train together or paired sessions need more supply.
- 40 L/min: four 10 L/min air separators. More supply for demanding clinic schedules and paired use. Ask our team to size it for your intended sessions.
L/min describes rated oxygen production, not reservoir size or air delivered with each breath. The oxygen chamber refills while the system runs, including during use. Initial filling is different from getting a filled, running system ready for the next clients.
Actual throughput depends on session length, altitude, both users' air demand, and time for changeover and cleaning. Higher flow adds supply; it does not guarantee a fixed number of clients per hour or unlimited training at every altitude.
Reservoir Dimensions and Room Planning
Reservoir dimensions: 96 inches high and 57 inches wide when laid flat, and approximately 36 inches deep when filled. These are the overall reservoir measurements.
For wall or ceiling mounting, space the hanging points approximately 4½ feet apart and allow at least 8 inches between the reservoir and the wall so it can fill freely.
The reservoir dimensions do not include the freestanding frame. If you use the frame kit, plan for approximately 8 feet 6 inches of height, 6 feet of width, and 3 feet of depth. The support frame and its stabilizing legs extend beyond the reservoir itself.
Air separator dimensions: Each air separator is approximately 23.6 inches high, 15 inches wide, and 14.6 inches deep. The 20 L/min configuration uses two air separators, 30 L/min uses three, and 40 L/min uses four. Place each unit on the floor with at least 8 inches of open space on all sides for ventilation.
Add room for two bikes or other exercise equipment, both training stations, and safe movement around the area. The flexible reservoir uses a low-VOC liner and is made in the USA. Ask our team for a clinic setup review to confirm mounting, room fit, and the right supply configuration before ordering.

Support and Power Options
Product support includes phone or video assistance, video setup guidance, the support portal and instruction manual, and the private LiveO2 user group.
Select US 110V / 60Hz, international 110V / 60Hz, or international 220V / 50Hz for your location. If you are unsure which option you need, contact our team before ordering.
Follow the setup and training guidance. Clients with health conditions should seek advice from their healthcare professional before altitude training. Higher altitude is not automatically better or appropriate for every person.
