This course enables a LiveO2 coaches to understand and use Best Practices for LiveO2.
Who It’s For
Coaches, trainers, and facility staff who want to confidently guide others in LiveO₂ Adaptive Contrast training, from first-time users through advanced protocols.
Course Requirements
- Access to a LiveO₂ Adaptive Contrast system
- Basic familiarity with exercise equipment (bike, treadmill, or similar)
- Willingness to practice the protocols taught in the lessons
- End user Experience LiveO2 having completed New User Coaching that Comes with a new system
Course Length & Format
- Self-paced online modules
- Average completion time: 16 hours
- Includes video, text, and guided demonstrations
- The Live Instructor access is valid for 4 months from date of purchase
Proficiency Exams
The instructor will:
- Setup a recorded live session with the student
- Answer any topic-focused questions the student has for topics in the lesson
- Have the student demonstrate all skills taught in the experience track
- Coach the student on best practices of the experiences if necessary
- Post the video recording in the student's training support portal or send the student an email with the recording
- Mark the lesson complete for the student
Proficiency exams are for required for certification.
Strongly recommended to all Coaches who intend work with others.
Tutoring
Each Tutor Session:
- Is recorded video session
- Student asks questions and the tutor provides answers
- Tutor Helps the student understand skills and finer points
- Tutor session recording is posted to the student's LiveO2 training portal or distributed by email to the student

By the end of this course, you will:
- Confidently set up and run LiveO₂ sessions
- Identify and explain oxygen response patterns
- Troubleshoot common user challenges
- Safely progress users from basic sessions to advanced protocols like Whole BodyO₂
